Daryl Lott's Free Ticket
Mr. Lott earned this ticket through a Facebook comment that was simultaneously hilarious, topical, and just innocent enough to avoid requiring a meeting with Human Resources. His comment: "Hopefully a busload of homeless from Pensacola headed to Orange Beach 🤣" As with all successful comedy, the joke depended on current events, timing, and a laughing emoji that made it abundantly clear the comment was intended humorously rather than as a serious policy proposal.
